Richard has been a sports massage practitioner since 1998, he qualified at The London School of Sports Massage. The LSSM is the premier sports massage qualification in the country. His aim is to treat not only people with sports injuries but also people who want to avoid injury and anyone with occupational, stress related, back, shoulder or neck problems. Sports massage is not just a luxury but a necessity to ensure your body is at it’s optimal condition.
